Our commitment to your privacy.

  • We only collect data that we need, to provide our services to business owners and their customers, and to improve those services.

  • After you delete your account, we store data for up to 24 hours in case you want to change your mind and preserve your account. After that, all data is completely deleted.

  • If you want your data deleted immediately, you can email us at info@sharepollen.com and we will promptly remove it.

  • If you have any concerns or questions at all, we encourage you to contact us. We really care about you, your privacy, and would not do anything to betray your trust.

Customers

Information we collect from customers joining Pollen (this is for customers who join small business’ programs).

If you’re the customer of a business that uses Pollen, we collect the following pieces of information from you:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Mobile number

This information is used for the purposes of:

  • providing you with products and services, including:

    • allowing you to send gifts to friends

    • rewarding you for referrals

    • tracking your gifts and rewards

    • texting you referral your rewards or gifts

  • providing you with information about our products and services (like new features, or new businesses in your area that have joined Pollen)

  • managing and improving our products, services, quality control, administration, communication and internal processes

  • personalizing and customizing your experience with us

  • verifying your identity

  • granting you access to your account with us

Business Owners

Information we collect from paying customers (business owners who use Pollen to run their program and other services).

We collect the following pieces of information from you:

  • Your name

  • Email address

  • Mobile number

  • Location addresses

  • Contact details

  • Company details

  • Your POS provider (if willingly provided to use our additional features)

This information is used for the purposes of:

  • providing you with products and services

  • providing you with information about our products and services

  • managing and improving our products, services, quality control, administration, communication and internal processes

  • personalizing and customizing your experience with us

  • verifying your identity

  • granting you access to your account with us

  • investigating any inquiries or complaints submitted by or about you; and/or

We provide a way to chat instantly with Pollen in order to ask questions and get answers quickly. Olark, the tool we use, gathers the following data:

  • Email address (if you provide it)

  • Your IP address

  • What device you’re messaging from

  • What web browser you’re using

This information is used for the purposes of:

  • providing you with the ability to ask a question, or get help, on-demand.

  • email you back if we are not available to answer your question at the time you send it.

We do not share your personal information with third-parties, except where required by law, to protect our own rights, or to provide a service to you.

We will only retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with a service.
